Dwayne customized my consultation and workout to specifically meet my objectives and work around my injuries. His insight and attention to detail is what separated him from any other trainer I’ve worked with. His experience and forward thinking helped me to map out a workout and lifestyle plan that has changed my life on many levels. Grateful to have met and work with Dwayne.

Recently I was referred to DM Fitness and after exploring the store, I decided to book a consultation. He was patient, professional and informative during the consultation. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything (although I will be) and he gave great feedback on a plan for me to reach my fitness goals. Being a beginner to fitness it can be very overwhelming, but I felt very comfortable talking to Dwayne. He was very humble and relatable (unlike some other trainers I’ve met) and his passion for health is contagious! I look forward to using his home workouts and other products. Only downside was that I didn’t get referred to DM Fitness sooner!
